Had a lovely holiday in Tenerife dat, I thought about you a lot so i reckon you mustve been there. The kids loved the pool and Fearne is getting very good now, can almost swim a few metres, bit over confident though!! Im sure you will have noticed! And boyo well,... bit of a handful! But we all had a great time, and yes, I did relax alright?! xxxxxxx

You have been on my mind constantly these last couple of days Alan. Grief is like a roller coaster, one minute up and next minute down. At the moment it's very down but I know you are right beside me, helping me through it and that eventually I will be up again. Love you and miss you more than anyone will ever know my beautiful man.
